In 3-4 weeks, the lab will send your results to me and I’ll get in touch with you to schedule a date for your Lab Consultation.
At our 1-hour Lab Consultation meeting, we’ll go over your lab results and see how it fits with the symptoms you’re currently experiencing to get an overall understanding of what’s going on in your body. Then we’ll create your personalized wellness plan with any protocol, supplement, diet, and lifestyle change recommendations. We’ll also talk about how and when to make adjustments to your plan and how to maintain your results to reach your health goals.
