I’m having a die-off reaction. What can I do?

Stop taking the supplements for 3 days and then add one supplement back in at a time. Start by taking just 1 capsule in the morning and see how you feel. Then take 1 capsule in the morning and at night. Once you know you can tolerate that one supplement, start taking 2 capsules in the morning and night. Feeling good? Ok, now add the second supplement in the same gradual way as the first supplement. The key is to begin slowly and always use just one capsule of the new product. If you tend to get nauseous easily when taking nutritional supplements, always take them together mid-meal at breakfast and at dinner time.

I forgot to take the capsules upon waking on an empty stomach. Now what?

Just take the capsules you missed with breakfast.

Can I drink coffee while doing the CBO Protocol?

Ideally, no. But if it’s a must for you, stick with just a cup of organic coffee, black or with nut milk.
